OBJECTIVES After reading the article American Cancer Society Guidelines on Nutrition and Physical Activity for Cancer Prevention: Reducing the Risk of Cancer with Healthy Food Choices and Physical Activity, the learner should be able to:

•  Describe the four main recommendations for individual choices regarding nutrition and physical activity.

•  Describe the recommendation for community action regarding nutrition and physical activity.

•  Answer patient questions concerning diet and physical activity that affect risk for the most common cancers.

The ACS designates this educational activity for a maximum of one category 1 credit toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award.

This activity is approved for 1 AAFP Prescribed credit. Credit may be claimed for 1 year from the date of this issue. The physician should claim only those hours of credit that he or she actually spent in the educational activity. This quiz must be submitted online by September 1, 2007.
