OBJECTIVES After reading the article, Targeting Apoptosis Pathways in Cancer Treatment, the learner should be able to:
Understand the pathways involved in cellular apoptosis and some of the key molecules that regulate them.
Discuss some of the therapeutic agents now under development that target molecules affecting apoptosis.
The ACS designates this educational activity for a maximum of one category 1 credit toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award.
