Describe the TNM staging system for colorectal cancer, and understand the rationale behind the various staging categories.
Realize that the TNM staging system for colorectal cancer is constantly undergoing critical evaluation to incorporate new staging strategies and ensure it remains relevant.
Understand why it is important to stage colorectal cancer patients utilizing the TNM system.
